About Series

The MAM MX Talent Search 2008 is a pure talent search programme with the aim of creating a championship series in 2009. This series is conducted using Naza 115cc four strokes under bone with participants' age from 13 to 17 years old. The Cubcross Clinic are held over two days and is catered for novice/junior participants with minimal or no riding experience. The session comprise of both theoretical and practical modules with insights on proper riding techniques and even bike dynamics, set-up, components and parts. The programme is organised by Kartika Bebas Sdn Bhd. The MAM MX Talent Search will be held over 6 rounds this year with the selection of the top five participants from each of the first five rounds to enter as finalist for the 6th and final round. These young riders will then qualify to be in the selection round for the Junior entrants in the MAM Motocross Championship Series the next year. This program will repeat in the following year with the aim of recruiting talents for the Motorcross Championship for 2010, and so on. The first year will entail recruiting young enthusiast through the Talent Search Coaching Clinic with the aim of giving these junior talents a chance to enter the National Motocross Championship in the second year.
